You're making a purchasing agreement with Autohaus Weber, Vilnius, Lithuania.
 
Order
When you find the product you need, just click on "add to Cart" and the product will enter your shopping cart. At any time, when you press "Cart", you can check what products are in your cart. By pressing "Remove", you can take out the products out of your cart at any time. If you decide to purchase the goods in your shopping cart, press "Continue to Next Step". Then you'll be asked to enter your personal information, choose the payment method and confirm that you've read the client information. You can cancel purchasing at any time by pressing the button "Remove", and end the ordering. 
 
Purchasing agreement:
By pressing the button ďSubmit Order", you confirm the purchasing of the goods in your shopping cart. Right after sending the order you'll receive an order confirmation that it is received and is being processed. The purchasing agreement becomes valid when you receive shipping confirmation or receive the goods.

Prices
Prices shown on web shop are 21% VAT exclusive.
You have to prove that you are enabled to purchase ex VAT i.e. your company is VAT registered (filling by registration the VAT Reg.Nr.)
or you are outside European Union. 
 
Payment methods
You can choose from these payment methods: bank transfer in advance, payment on invoice or PayPal using your CC or transfer.

Partial delivery
If the client wishes, a partial delivery of the goods purchased can be arranged. Additional delivery cost is counted only if a partial delivery is prearranged.
 
Cancellation right
You can cancel your order without stating the reason in 2 days from receipt of order confirmation. This has to be done in writing (via fax or email). This right is also valid for legal bodies (company orders). Please address your cancellation to Autohaus Weber, www.rallyandracing.biz .
 
Canceling consequences
When a cancellation happens and the goods are already received, both parties involved have to return the goods received or/and any profit received from it (such as credit or interest received). If the goods or services can't be refunded or their state is worse than at the point of purchasing, you have to refund eShop the difference in values.  It is not valid if the good is damaged when checking it as it is done in a real world average shop. On all other occasions you do not carry the liability if you do not use the good as your property and won't take any actions that could reduce the value of the good. The goods that could be returned in the packing it was received in, will be returned at e-shops risk. On all other occasions the customer is responsible for the safety of the good received. Money paid for the return of the goods will be refunded in 30 days from the receipt of the order cancellation. You are responsible for the return expenses if the value of the good returned doesn't exceed the amount of 40 EUR.
 
You are entitled to a refund or a replacement only if the goods arrived damaged or there are manufacturing defects.
If you purchased performance parts you are entitled to a refund at all times if you send these undamaged, unused and in the same condition as received back. Shipping expenses should be covered by the customer who wishes to return the ordered parts. Your payment will be refunded in 30 days from receipt of the parts.
No return or exchange is available for sale items.
 
Cancellation and refund right is not valid for:
  • parts or equipment that were manufactured exactly to specifications provided;
  • electronic equipment with or without software 
  • if any of the personal information provided is incorrect and it was the reason for the parcel to get lost
Warranty
Warranty is provided as the law requires: if the customer notices a defect it can be fixed or the good can be exchanged, it is up to the customer to choose which should be done. If the good is impossible to be fixed or if the exchange good is also with defects, or impossible to be exchanged, you are entitled to a full refund if you return the good, or a discount if you keep the good.
No warranty for motorsport performance parts, unless otherwise noted.
